You have to put real data between dictate. .If you don't want to change date and you dont have  req nbr, sales/job,remarks data, cim can be like this:

Remember that this does not always work.  For example if you are trying to merge together multiple lots or you reuse a lot number and depending upon the status of the location you are moving to compared with the status you are moving from you could get different questions at he end.  In most cases the above works perfectly.
