Hi Mark,

You might find this link helpful.

http://www.qad.com/documentlibrary/QAD+Enterprise+Asset+Management/12.2/Training+Guide/Copy+Parts+Across+Sites?extoid=3c6833322859c210VgnVCM100000810903a7RCRD&extchannel=c5b411dbb1a7c210VgnVCM100000810903a7RCRD

Note in the pull down menu, modify cost is an option. On the left side of the screen is the entire Training Guide for Enterprise Asset Management.

Regards,

Michael

The system is designed to allow you to have different costs at each site unless you turn on "link site costing".

1.4.9 will create/show the costs at the main site defined in the part master (pt_site).

1.4.18 will allow you to enter costs at the other sites.

When you do a cost roll it is always by site so you need to doe each one individually.  You should also freeze your costs to stop a cost roll by mistake.

As far as the other part of the question, you can use DRP to transfer materials between sites.  However, if you are going across borders then you really need to use po and so to create the correct paperwork for customs.

You could also look at using EMT but as I don't know your business I cannot say if this would work for you.
