I found the culprit!

I am collecting data into buckets using usrw_wkfl.  The records are created in pre-processor.  In order to keep everything clean, I am deleting the records at the top of the program.  It is this delte that is causing my issue.  I tried moving to post-processor with no success.  Has anyone created a browse in this fashion?  My workaround is to zero out my buckets instead of deleting the records.  This works okay (sort of; the default run of 100 records shows the records in a different order, which results in some records being still zero.  When the user selects "All", the problem resolves itself.

Any suggestions?

I reached an impasse the support on this issue.  There position is that deleting records on the fly is problematic.  But ther was no explanation of why the deletion on the fly only affects the selection of "All".  I have my workaround, but I sure would like to get an explanation of the behavior.
