We have setup a new SSL-VPN using a Sonicwall, so that our employees can access it from home if they need to. The VPN connects and then allows them into our network. They are then able to login to QAD as normal. They are able to work within QAD, but after about 10 minutes QAD disconnects. This does not happen when accessing QAD internally without the VPN. We are curious if there are any settings we may need to change within QAD, as the only difference from our internal network is that the VPN gives them a different IP range. However, QAD doesn't seem to mind that it is different, as it lets them login and enter what they need to. They also know to leave QAD on a screen other than the menu, which works internally as well.
