Could you ask the user to login in another PC and check if the errors
still occurs. if the error occurs then you may need to check with QAD
support team. i am sure error won't apprear as it might be issue with
If the error does not occur, then you could uninstall the QAD client
on the pc which has issue and also delete the QAD folder from
then re-install the QAD client.
