I am writing to you with regard to the current ticket no. Q1041067 which concerns the 18.104.22.168 Daybook Register Report (Polish I19). Our customer encounters the following issue. When they run this report, it returns no transactions at all no matter what entry parameters are set. Also it doesn't allow users to choose financial daybooks in the look-up. All daybooks shown in criteria browse are operational. The customer is on SP10 (2012 EE).
I have checked CT Log and it does not show any records which means that probably the system does not read any transactions. Is it possible that when the system runs the QAD_I19_PL_DAYBOOK.p - Daybook Register procedure, no records are stored in tqPostingLineForTransView ?

What can be the cause of the reported issue? What settings or procedures should be checked? It does not seem to an installation issue but I don’t want to suggest anything.
