Hi Harkesh Can you confirm Bill-to detail specified under 'Further Details' tab is valid cust_no with CRM Profile available or not?

Hi Sasikala, Customer has shared following information " This address is only in CRM (not yet transfered to QAD). But I check tab "Further details" and try change value in field "Bill To" and after change this value error message no more occurs. BUT - is not possible enter value into this field. When You find any profile and click to OK button, this field is still empty. Can You look, why is not possible enter value from list in this field? " Please suggest.

Hi Harkesh It looks like you have selected profile which is not yet transferred to ERP where cust_no is blank The Bill-to field accepts profile with valid cust_no where you can select Profile which is transfered to ERP or Customer transferred from ERP to CRM.
